You can click here to download the membership form in Adobe Acrobat format, which you can then print and mail along with your check for your membership dues.  The address and required fees are clearly printed on the membership form.

You can also join the CHA or update your membership information by filling in the blanks in the web based email form below and sending the completed form.  Before clicking the Send link, you must enter the Security Code at the bottom of the form. 

You must still mail your dues payment separately made payable to:  Colorado Handball Association, c/o Ron Bronner - President, 5425 S. Geneva Street, Englewood, CO 80111. 

Your membership will become active upon receipt of your membership fees. Fees are $15 per year, or $40 for 3 years.  Membership years run from Jan 1 through Dec 31 of each year, with no pro-rated terms.  If you prefer, you can use your own email program to send this information to News@ColoradoHandball.com - please use the subject "Membership Information".  Your information helps other players contact you for games or when tournament organizers are trying to let you know about tournaments.
